JetStar Asia flies to Southeast Asia, Australia, China and Japan from its Singapore base.
JetStar Asia operates a fleet of Airbus A320-200 and A330-200s, featuring economy cabins with leather seats and pitch ranging from 28 to 31 inches, depending on the aircraft. For a small fee passengers can purchase a window or aisle seat and extra room in the exit row. A range of snacks and drinks are available for purchase onboard and travellers may rent a portable video on demand unit to watch movies and TV shows.
Wide leather seats with a 38-inch pitch, in-seat power supply and complimentary amenity kit feature in business class. Travellers also have unlimited entertainment and complimentary meals and beverages.
Jetstar allows economy passengers to only pay for the checked baggage they require. Select from 15kg to 40kg of checked baggage in 5kg increments, per passenger, per flight. Business class passengers have additional carry-on luggage allowances and a checked baggage allowance of 30kg.
Airport counter, kiosk, and online check-in are available. Passengers travelling in business class may access a dedicated check-in counter. For intra-Asia flights, airport counter check-in opens 2 hours and closes 40 minutes prior to departure. For flights to Australia and New Zealand, airport counters open 3 hours and close 60 minutes prior to departure. Online check-in can be completed from 48 hours to 2 hours prior to scheduled departure.
